The construction has already begun and it is foreseen that it will be finished and connected to the grid in four months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Francisco Mart\u00ednez Alted<\/strong>, mayor of Novelda, said that \u201cthe Project of \u201c<strong>Salinetes I<\/strong>\u201d implies two important milestones for Novelda: to be the first of a series of projects for the installation of\u00a0<strong>lots of MW of capacity<\/strong>, and to fulfill the commitment of turning the municipality in a reference for renewable energy generation in Alicante and the Valencian Community\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition,\u00a0<strong>Jes\u00fas Candil<\/strong>, Industry General Manager declared that \u201cpowerplant\u00a0<strong>\u201cSalinetes I\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0responds to the commitment of the municipality with the promotion plans for renewable energy on to the ecologic transition\u201d.
