PURPOSE

For what purpose we will treat your personal data?

We inform you that the data you provide us with are processed for the following purposes:

  • Respond to contact requests, requests for information and / or queries received through the web contact form or other communication channels.
  • Send information regarding the services and activities that may be of interest to you with the prior consent of the interested party.
  • Manage the data of the curriculum vitae received for the participation of candidates in the selection processes carried out by the company.
  • Facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Owner and the user and the maintenance of the relationship that is established.

Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD, a record of processing activities is maintained that specifies, according to their purposes, the processing activities carried out and the other circumstances established in the RGPD.

Personal information may not be used for purposes other than those related to the contracted services or products purchased. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the treatment carried out is based on:

  • The consent granted by the User by accepting this Policy and the corresponding box.
  • The User has provided their personal data within the framework of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship for the attention of their request and / or consultation and therefore their treatment is necessary for the maintenance of said relationship.

The personal data that we treat are of an identifying nature and have been provided by the User through the completion of the contact form, the sending of emails or use of the functionalities offered in the Portal.

The use of the contact sections, completion of forms and / or functionalities offered in the Portal is voluntary. However, the completion of certain fields of the form or their facilitation through the use of other functionalities are necessary to correctly attend and manage your request, so the User’s refusal to provide the required information will prevent the Owner  from attending and managing it correctly.

The User guarantees that the data provided to us is true, accurate and complete. The data will be canceled, deleted or blocked when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose in accordance with current legislation. If the personal data provided are from a third party, the User guarantees that he has informed him of the Privacy Policy and has obtained his authorization to provide his data for the purposes indicated above. It also guarantees that the data provided is accurate and up-to-date, being responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of breach of such obligation. The User undertakes and is responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data provided to us, undertaking to keep them duly updated.

The website may include links to third-party sites. The aforementioned websites have not been reviewed nor are they subject to controls on them by the portal. The Owner is present on the social networks Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram in order to inform about the services offered, as well as any other activity and information that you want to advertise. At no time will you obtain the same personal data of the users who interact in them, unless there is express authorization. The Owner can not be considered in any case responsible for the contents of these websites or the measures adopted regarding their privacy or the processing of their personal data. PERIODS OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided by the User will be kept as long as he remains registered in the service, while the business relationship is maintained, as long as the User does not request its deletion, or during the established legal period. Likewise, they may be kept when they are necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defense of claims.

 If the User revokes his consent or exercises the rights of opposition or deletion, his data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Administration of Justice during the legally established periods to meet the possible responsibilities arising from the processing of personal data. ASSIGNMENTS AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be communicated in the cases provided by law, for example, to Public Administrations for the fulfillment of obligations directly enforceable to the Holder.

Access to information will be allowed by third parties, in charge of treatment, which is strictly necessary to comply with the purposes of the treatment and / or to provide the services necessary for the development of our activity.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them, or not. The User has the right  to access their personal data, as  well as to  request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected. In certain circumstances, the User may request  the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and  for reasons related to their particular situation, the User may object to the processing of their data,  so that the person responsible for the treatment will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. In those cases in which it is legally appropriate, you will have the right to data portability, which implies that you have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that we are processing and store them on your own device.
